COI Tracker may offer a 7-day free trial. A payment method may be required to begin the trial, but no subscription charge should be collected until the trial period ends. If you cancel before day 8, you should not be charged for the first billing cycle.
You may cancel before renewal through the available product workflow or by contacting support. To avoid a first paid charge after the trial, cancellation must be completed before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation stops future renewal billing. Access may continue through the end of the current paid period, or it may end at the close of the subscription term depending on the billing setup in place at the time.
If COI Tracker offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, refund requests submitted within the applicable window will be reviewed in good faith. Outside that window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception.
If a payment fails, access may be limited or paused until billing is resolved. If a charge is disputed or reversed, the account may be restricted while the issue is reviewed.
After cancellation, account records and uploaded documents may remain stored for a period of time for operational, legal, backup, or support reasons. Long-term retention and deletion workflows may evolve as the service matures.
If you need help canceling, want to request a refund, or believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support and include your company name, account email, and the best way to reach you.
