COI Tracker is a software service for contractors and construction teams to store subcontractor insurance and license records, monitor expiration dates, receive alerts, and access related compliance tools such as document extraction and IRC code lookup support.
This service is intended for business and operational use. You are responsible for how your organization uses the service, who you authorize to access it, and the accuracy of the records you upload or enter.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
COI Tracker may be offered with a 7-day free trial and a recurring monthly subscription after the trial period ends. A payment method may be required at the time you begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription may convert automatically into a paid plan at the then-current price disclosed during checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the product workflow or by contacting support. Cancellation terms, billing cutoff timing, and refund expectations are described in the Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain responsibility for the documents, contact information, notes, and other operational data you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and manage that information for your business use. You should not rely on the service as your only recordkeeping system without your own backup and review practices.
Alerts, AI extraction, and code lookup features are designed to help your workflow, but they are not guarantees of legal compliance, coverage sufficiency, or code approval. You remain responsible for reviewing documents, verifying expiration dates, and confirming code requirements with your local authority having jurisdiction when needed.
You may not use the service to transmit unlawful content, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the system in a way that harms other users or the service itself. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse or abuse is detected.
We may update, improve, or remove features over time. We may also revise these Terms as the product matures. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, COI Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
For questions about these Terms, billing, or account use, contact the support address shown in the product or on the site footer.
